Terms of use and application

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Vanyre Group LLC website and your application, including the 100-call challenge. If you join the team, your work is covered by a separate freelance agreement (or an employment contract from Level 2), which takes priority over these terms.

2. Who can apply

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can legally work as a freelancer from your country, and you are responsible for your own taxes there.
• You speak confident conversational English and can work during US business hours.
• The information you give us is true and your own.

3. The application process

The process has four steps: application form, voice note, interview call and the 100-call challenge. We reply as soon as you finish each step. Applying does not guarantee a place on the team. If you are not selected, you may apply again after 3 months.

4. The 100-call challenge

• You have up to 2 weeks to place 100 calls to US businesses, using our scripts and training.
• You earn $25 for every appointment you book during the challenge, whether or not you are selected. A booked appointment is a meeting the business owner agrees to and our team confirms. Duplicate, invented or unconfirmed bookings are not paid.
• You are paid every two weeks by bank transfer, wherever you live. We cover the fees our bank charges; your own bank may charge a fee to receive the transfer.
• Selection for Level 1 depends on your results, how consistently you call and how much you improve.

5. We never charge you

Applying, training, scripts, AI feedback and the app are free. Vanyre Group will never ask you to pay to apply, train or work. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it isn't us: report it here or write to contact@vanyregroup.com.

6. Levels and earnings

Payouts per appointment by level are shown on our site and may change; we will tell reps before any change applies to them. Earnings figures on our site, such as $50,000 a month, describe our best reps' results. They are not typical and not a promise. What you earn depends on your own work and results.

7. How you work

• Be honest. Never invent, inflate or duplicate a booking.
• Follow the calling rules we give you, including respecting any request not to be called again.
• Represent Vanyre Group accurately and never promise what we don't deliver.
• Breaking these rules can mean removal from the challenge or the team, and fraudulent bookings are not paid.

8. Our materials

Training, scripts, recordings, the app and the AI analysis belong to Vanyre Group. You may use them only to work with us, and you may not share or copy them.

9. Freelance status

During the challenge and at Level 1 you work as an independent freelancer, not an employee. You choose your days and hours within US business hours.

10. Liability

We provide the website and training as they are. To the extent the law allows, Vanyre Group is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or your application.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes and contact
